My focus I aid clients on this journey through tools for effective coping, processing of trauma, real-time solutions, depression anxiety, grief, shame, and phase of life changes. I am a parent who loves to work with parents. I am passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and women through all walks of life! My approach Warm, supportive, experienced, trauma informed care. A non-judgmental, space to explore and heal. I work with clients to find their best fit for healing through a combination of mindfulness, DBT, CBT, EMDR, and somatic approaches. My communication style Kind but direct. Accepting but challenging. My journey to mental healthcare I was always drawn to helping, teaching, and supporting! It was as a teacher many years ago, when students would come see me just to talk, feel support, or just breathe in a peaceful space, that I realized one on one and navigating real life hardships were how I best help others, and this remains true today after more than a decade in the field! My goals for you I listen to a client's needs and hopes for their life, and we build the plan together!
