I received my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University. While I enjoy working with clients of any age, I specialize in working with families, adults, children, and adolescents. I also specialize in the areas of trauma, abuse, grief, anxiety, and depression. My approach to therapy is eclectic. However, I do have a gestalt theoretical foundation, and I believe in establishing a solid and collaborative client-therapist relationship. A collaborative relationship allows therapy to be framed to the client and their individual needs. Throughout the therapeutic process, I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment for my clients to feel accepted, listened to, and understood. I prioritize the care and comfort of my clients. I understand that therapy can be an unfamiliar experience, but I assure you that you are not going on this journey alone. I look forward to aiding you in creating a life of growth and healing.
