What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, integrating evidence-based practices to promote healing and personal growth. I strive to create a warm, inclusive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where we take time to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your goals, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. My aim is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and understood as we begin building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust and collaboration. Together, we’ll start identifying steps toward healing and personal growth at a pace that feels right for you.
