Psychotherapist
CA
Hola and welcome, Do you struggle with limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, and feeling stuck? Do you ever think you were meant to accomplish so much more but hold back because you don't feel like you fit into those spaces? I have, and many other BIPOCs have too. My name is Brenda Cisneros, and I am part of the 1.5 generation. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Northridge. My experience and background have ignited my passion for working with other 1.5-generation and first-generation American adults. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other modalities as seen fit, I teach clients to break down cultural barriers, giving them a better understanding of how preprogrammed beliefs have affected their mental health. I utilize a culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based approach to support clients' healing process, aiming to increase their quality of life. If any of this resonates, please don't hesitate to contact me. I look forward to being part of your healing journey!
