Struggling with seasonal depression, anxiety, self esteem, grief, Trauma, interpersonal relationships? I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a deep passion for helping people heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. For years, I’ve worked in inpatient and residential treatment settings, supporting individuals through some of their most challenging and vulnerable moments. These experiences shaped my belief that with the right support, anyone can move from surviving to truly thriving.
I specialize in trauma, self esteem, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, and complex mental health challenges. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I focus on helping clients uncover and heal the root causes of emotional pain-not just manage symptoms. My approach is down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and genuinely compassionate. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and deeply understood.
My goal is to empower you with the tools, insight, and confidence needed to build a more peaceful, meaningful, and fulfilling life. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
