Have you been going through a series of life changes and find yourself struggling to balancing it all? Working in the field for over 20 years with a variety of people and their experiences, I understand how intimidating this experience can be but also how important finding help is to healing. Some of my background includes working with anxiety, depression, domestic violence, trauma, and interpersonal conflict.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I welcome you to take time for yourself in a non-judgmental space where you can be open, be vulnerable, and feel empowered to take control of your life. Together, we will work to identify patterns and behaviors you wish to change.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Through Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, you will have the tools to be the expert driver in the journey of your life and live a life worth living confidently. I look forward to meeting you.
