My focus I specialize in the treatment of adults of all ages with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief & loss, healing from trauma, coping with major life transitions, self-esteem, coping with medical health issues and illnesses, dual diagnosis (substance abuse and co-occurring psychiatric disorders), and other related issues. My communication style I believe in active listening and offering open and honest communication with you in a non-judgmental way. I am committed to helping you find direction in your life.
