Getting to know Brenda J Broadnax

I have always had the conscious goal of supporting others in overcoming their hardships and internal challenges that prevent them from being successful. I am a firm believer that in life, we have all experienced some type of challenge that impacts our thoughts and emotions. For some people, the challenge is more difficult than for others, and they may experience greater hardship and internal struggles that send them on a spiral into the unknown. Being a therapist has always been a desire of mine-to support others in understanding their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors associated with how they feel. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Western International University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to help individuals navigate their personal challenges and find a path toward healing and growth.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
