What should a new client know about working with you?

This is your space to come as you are. Cry, laugh, or engage in a mindful-mediation. Your sessions will be tailored to your specific needs, as I seamlessly integrate cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices. For those working to maximize their ADHD brain, we will learn and practice lots of skills to help increase executive functioning and emotional regulation.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During the first several sessions, I will invite you to share your history and information related to your current areas of concern. It is important to me to get a full understanding of your current situation so I can best support you moving forward. Some people want a safe space to process stressors, while others want to specifically learn and improve skills. This is your space and I'm excited to come along side you.
