“Brett and I just wrapped up our first session and it was great. He made me feel super comfortable, listened intently and helped ease me into it all. I'm new to therapy and was nervous going in, but Brett's extensive knowledge and kind demeanor and thoughtful feedback was awesome. Booking the appointment was easy, and working with the intake team to get set up was a breeze. I look forward to our next session and highly recommend Brett and balance psychotherapy to anyone in search of a logical and evidence based therapist with a gentle approach.”
