I am ready to help you! I have been a therapist for 15+ years. My mission is to help you find balance in your life. My specialties include the treatment of relationship issues, substance use, anger management, anxiety and depression for adults. I became a therapist because I wanted to help clients navigate the stresses of work and life and make meaningful changes that would improve their mental well-being. At the first session, you can expect a non-judgmental and an easy-going conversation to build up a therapeutic alliance. At the moment, I practice entirely over tele-health, giving us the flexibility to connect conveniently and safely. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? In your first session, I will look to understand not only your general background, but also what has been happening that you are seeking assistance. I will also help you to understand a combination of how i provide help and what you can expect, as a whole. Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths. Listening and rapport are the keys. I am here to listen to you and help you help yourself. There is no problem we cannot tackle together.
