I was a planner who thought I knew exactly what I wanted, but college made me realize the quote about best-laid plans was true. I tried early childhood education, film, and criminal justice before finding counseling and psychology. My true passion is working with children and youth, and I provide meaningful support through counseling. Life is a journey with no map, and we're all trying to figure out our own course. I walk that course with my clients, helping them explore where they want to go next and where they've been. I'm chronically curious, asking questions to discover what each person needs. I take a direct approach to counseling, considering the many systems each person is a part of. I make counseling comfortable and natural for children and youth. Let's take this journey together!
