Getting to know Brian Cherry

I have worked as a mental health therapist for the past 15 years and have been working in the mental health field since 1994. My education, training and experience has taught me that there’s no place for judgment. I accept you exactly as you are and then build from there. I am a DBT specialist, and some of my other specialties include personality disorders- both narcissistic and borderline, trauma, self-worth, depression, anxiety, trauma, divorce, attachment disruption, behavioral skills training, shadow work, therapy for therapists, sexual addiction/shame, spiritual conflict, and faith crises. For telehealth, I primarily work with adults both individually and couples. If you need someone to listen and validate you, I can do that. If you are seeking advice, I’ll give my best. If you want skills, I have a large toolbox I’m eager to share. You’ve put this off long enough. Let’s get started.
