Getting to know Brian Davis

Welcome! I take a holistic approach to therapy, pulling from multiple therapeutic techniques. Each client is unique, just like their approach to healing. I look forward to speaking further on how we can begin moving in the right direction.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Rapport is the biggest contributor to success. I use an integrative approach and bring methods from multiple therapies to my practice. No two clients are alike and all have their personal paths to success.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first sessions are about establishing goals and building rapport. Regardless of a therapist’s skills, a client must feel comfortable with their therapist to succeed. Depending on what you’re seeking, I both dive into the past and work in the present, as both influence current behaviors. I’m a big believer in relationships and their impact on our mental health, and often integrate attachment theory throughout my practice.
