Brian Gadinski, LPC

Psychotherapist
PA
I have many years of professional work experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, self-esteem, and confidence. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage, and I am so proud of you for getting started! I use Reality (Choice) Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused approaches to support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, lack of motivation, goal setting, trauma, and addictions. My communication style is compassionate and safe. I am in drug addiction recovery and have been sober for 16 years. I started as a counselor assistant about 15 years ago and have gained extensive experience working with many clients facing diverse challenges and from various cultures. I come from a non-judgmental perspective because I understand the importance of clients feeling safe in session. I tend to be goal-focused and hold clients accountable for achieving their goals. Creating a warm, safe, and open environment is essential to me, and building rapport with clients is the most important aspect of therapy. I hold a Master's degree in Psychology from Chestnut Hill College.

There was no appointment. It said on the screen that Brian would contact me, but that did not happen. I waited twenty minutes.
