Hi there. I'm Brian. Life is a journey. Sometimes that journey feels simple and finding our footing is easy. But at other times, the road appears dark and we find ourselves feeling anxious, confused, lonely, and struggling to know how to take the next step. Sometimes, we just need some help. As your therapist, I love that my job is to come alongside you in your journey and be a guide. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in areas such as addiction, anger management, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, family relationships, grief and bereavement, life transitions, OCD, phobias, intimate and romantic relationships, spirituality, and stress. Whether you're facing the biggest battle of your life or wanting to climb to new heights, we can navigate the road together for a bit. I believe in creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly. My approach is collaborative, and I aim to empower you to find your own solutions and paths forward.
