I integrate psychodynamic, behavioral health, mindfulness, and acceptance-based techniques. I incorporate existential, humanistic, and Eastern philosophical concepts in our work. I also offer psychedelic integration sessions for those who have had experiences that they would like to work through. I have expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, and ADHD.
