My therapeutic approach can be best described as: collaborative, supportive, and change-based. I believe that you have the solutions to your current struggles, but you’re “too close” to see them clearly. My role is to help you clear the path. I have decades of knowledge and experience in guiding clients in navigating life’s challenges and improving their overall well-being.
