Hi, I’m Brian Morgan, and I'm passionate about helping people find healing, hope, and balance in their lives. I work with adults who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, addictions, and relationship challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and supported — a space where you can begin to untangle what’s been holding you back and start building the life you want. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solutions Focused Therapy (SFT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help you understand patterns, manage emotions, and develop tools for change. Together, we’ll work at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and heal, even after the most difficult experiences.
