My clients are people who often feel stuck in their thoughts, whether those thoughts are anxious, self-critical, perfectionistic, or filled with doubt. They might be struggling with OCD, social anxiety, phobias, trauma, or just the overwhelming pressure to always get things “right.” My clients come from a variety of background and identities. They want relief, but not just a quick fix. They’re looking to better understand themselves, break free from rigid patterns, and move toward a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and aligned.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I treat anxiety, OCD, phobias, trauma and related concerns using evidence-based approaches. Our work is collaborative, focused, and compassionate. I’ll be direct when needed, silly when it helps, and always attuned to what you need to move forward with tools that are practical, sometimes fun, and tailored to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session with me starts with a brief warm up or check-in to see if there are any immediate needs that need to be addressed and celebrate your successes. Then, we'll dive right in with whatever therapy you need. Whether it's processing trauma, engaging in an exposure activity, role-play communication practice, or practicing a new mindfulness skill; I'll be with you to cheer you on every step of the way.
