By gaining greater understanding into our tendencies, we are able to gain flexibility and choice in how we approach life's trials and tribulations. Whether situational or organic, I address most difficulties you, or someone you care for, may possess. I place emphasis on issues of attachment, people who struggle with feeling secure in their relationships, people who feel they may struggle with difficulties akin to personality disorders, those seeking self-advancement, neurodivergence, individuals prone to resistance and those who, out of their own needs, have had a hard time expressing themselves in therapy before.
