Hi, I’m Bri (she/her). I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, providing remote therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (18–24) across New Jersey. I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions, stress management, self-esteem and self-image concerns, adjustment difficulties, emotional regulation, attachment challenges, executive functioning issues, and social relationship struggles. I work from a neurodiverse-affirming lens and welcome clients of all identities, including those with ADHD, ASD, or AuDHD. As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I understand the unique experiences and challenges that come with navigating a world that often lacks flexibility and understanding.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients often describe my approach as warm, collaborative, and deeply validating. I believe therapy should never be a one-size-fits-all experience. Instead, I meet you exactly where you are, holding space for authenticity, unmasking, and the full range of your emotional experience—without judgment. I see each client as more than a diagnosis or set of symptoms. You can expect an affirming environment where your strengths are celebrated, your challenges are understood, and your voice is centered throughout the therapeutic process. Humor may show up along the way, too, whenever it supports connection and ease.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I take a person-centered and collaborative approach, ensuring you play an active role in shaping your therapeutic experience. My clinical style is eclectic, drawing from DBT concepts, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment theories, and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—especially those connected to early experiences or developmental factors that might be keeping you stuck. Sessions are tailored to your identity, needs, boundaries, and personal goals. Through this process, we work toward increased self-understanding, emotional clarity, and sustainable coping strategies so you can move forward with confidence.
