I believe therapy should offer both insight and action, so our work often includes reflection, mindfulness, and tangible steps to support meaningful change in your everyday life. I aim to create a space that feels warm, grounding, and collaborative. A space where you can explore who you are, what you need, and how to build the life and relationships you want. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself and live in alignment with what truly matters to you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer both virtual and in person sessions, each lasting 50 minutes.
