You are worthy of peace. You are worthy of being heard. You are worthy of healthy, nourishing relationships. You are more than your mistakes or challenges. Sometimes life circumstances and events can cloud the ability to see or believe this. Deciding to take a chance on therapy is a significant and, often, daunting step. But you are not alone! I hold a Master's in Social Work from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and the past 7 years of my life as a clinician have been enriched with countless opportunities to help others discover the greatness that is in them. I have served in a variety of capacities, including as an outpatient substance use treatment counselor, a trauma and attachment-focused therapist for adoptive families, and as a behavioral health therapist in primary care. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, life transitions, medical challenges, or relationship difficulties, I am here to walk alongside you. We'll take a holistic approach on this journey together, where you will be empathically supported in a truly non-judgmental manner. I am here to create a space where you feel safe and empowered to make positive change for a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to partner with you!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
