Psychotherapist
CA
Hi there, I'm Bridget! I support burned-out and anxious moms in CA. I specialize in EMDR, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) & Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP). As a mom to two and a survivor of PPD, I believe you deserve the best support and fast results. My focus I work with millennial moms who are burned out, anxious, and carrying trauma from their past that's showing up in their parenting. My clients are smart, self-aware women who have often already tried therapy but never got to the root of it. They're done coping, and now they're ready to actually heal. My approach My approach is body-first and trauma-informed. Real healing doesn't happen through conversation alone; it happens when your brain and body actually shift. I draw from EMDR, ART, KAP, somatic therapy, and attachment-based approaches, tailoring every session to you My communication style I am warm, direct, and real. I'm not a blank slate therapist. I show up as a whole person who happens to have clinical expertise. Expect honesty, humor, and zero judgment. I'll meet you exactly where you are while also challenging you to go deeper. Think less "how does that make you feel" and more "let's actually fix this." My journey to mental healthcare After experiencing PPD and PPA myself, I knew firsthand how isolating and misunderstood maternal mental health could be. I've served mothers in hospital settings, worked with refugees, and volunteered internationally. Every experience led me here, and I'm on a mission to help moms get the treatment they need and deserve. My goals for you I use body-first, evidence-based approaches that get to the root faster than traditional talk therapy. Through EMDR, ART, and KAP, I help clients process trauma, regulate their nervous system, and break patterns that have repeated for years. I also offer homework when appropriate and welcome. Our first session Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation.
