What is your typical process for working with clients?

I generally call my approach integrative, but CBT is the main one I at least start out with. Based on the client's progress, we will try different approaches that is more suited to the client. I want every client to feel that their sessions are tailored to each individual. Appointments are about hour. Intake appointments are 30 to 60 minutes.
