I specialize in burnout and high-functioning anxiety in individuals, with a focus on helping clients find a path toward renewal and balance. I also work with teens and young adults navigating identity development, academic pressure, and social challenges. Additionally, I support individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, gaslighting, and unhealthy relationship patterns. For couples, I help partners develop healthier relationship patterns, strengthen communication, and deepen emotional connection. I also offer focused one-day marriage intensives for couples seeking deeper, accelerated help.
