Getting to know Bridget Hillery

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Alcohol and Substance Abuse Clinician, I have had the privilege of helping my clients find hope and healing for over eleven years. I hold a Master’s in Community Mental Health from Canisius College and studied Women’s and Gender Studies at the State University of New York, Buffalo. My experience has given me the opportunity to assist clients of all backgrounds in managing their struggles with stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, addiction issues, and more.

My goal is to help create an environment that is supportive, accepting and solution-focused, in order to help you process and explore the unique challenges that are impacting your life. I use research-backed, evidence-based therapy techniques, empathy, humor and warmth to elicit true healing and growth.
