Bridget Mccauley, LPC

Psychotherapist
TX
I specialize in family therapy, working with teens, adults, and families to help them navigate challenges together. Whether your family is facing struggles related to illness, trauma, eating disorders, addiction, or major life transitions, I provide a safe space for you to strengthen your relationships, improve communication, and heal as a unit. Many of the families I work with feel disconnected or overwhelmed by their circumstances. My goal is to guide you in developing a deeper understanding of each other and finding a path toward healing and growth. I believe that families, with the right support, can overcome even the most difficult challenges. Whether you're dealing with conflict, chronic illness, trauma, mood disorders, addiction, or issues related to disordered eating, I work collaboratively with each family member to create a plan that promotes well-being and resilience. Therapy is a space where your family can reconnect, address past hurts, and build a healthier, more supportive dynamic. With over 16 years of experience in residential treatment programs, intensive outpatient settings, and private practice, I've helped countless families work through crises and develop lasting solutions. As Chief Clinical Officer at The Council on Recovery and Clinical Director for Monte Nido & Affiliates' Clementine adolescent residential centers, I've led family-centered interventions to support families in their recovery journey. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling from St. Edward's University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Houston, which have provided a strong foundation for my clinical work and commitment to family-centered care.
