Getting to know Bridget Pollack-Naber

It can be hard to start the process of healing. I strive to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental place to explore, heal, learn, and grow. I have been a Mental Health Professional for 16 years and hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin, Stout. I am a Registered Play Therapy Supervisor, a Qualified Supervisor for LMFT/LMHC in Florida, and an Approved Supervisor for LMFT, LPC, and LPCC in Minnesota. I am also trained in EMDR. I provide therapy services for people as young as 5 years old through adulthood. I work with individuals, children, and families to focus on building coping skills, honoring experiences, and developing tools to help enhance life.

My mission is to provide you with a safe space to explore who you are, your strengths, coping, face your past, challenges and build healing growth on your journey. More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
