Many of my clients come to therapy with disruptive anxiety, difficulty adjusting to major life events, relationship stress, identity exploration, and grief in all its forms. Others are navigating new medical diagnoses, chronic pain, or medical trauma, whether their own or a loved one’s. I’m a dedicated, relationship-driven therapist who is passionate about helping bring more clarity, purpose, and sweetness into your life and the world. My work focuses on healing and strengthening your internal wellbeing so you can navigate obstacles, improve relationships, shift unhelpful patterns, and connect to yourself with authenticity.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to restore stability and balance when life feels disrupted. Using an eclectic approach—psychodynamic, CBT, attachment-based, and interpersonal neurobiology—I tailor care to each client’s unique needs, meeting you where you are with flexibility, intention, and deep respect for the human experience.
