Hi there, I'm Bridgett! I specialize in women's mental health, working with individuals aged 11 and up. Do you experience feelings of hopelessness, sadness, anxiety, or find yourself unmotivated? Maybe you need assistance identifying healthy coping skills. Is your goal to bring joy back into your life? Life isn't always beautiful and perfect; often, it's challenging, frustrating, and confusing. I help my clients acknowledge and experience those unwanted feelings. The idea is to experience them but not to live in them. Making the decision to seek therapy is a courageous one. It is a beautiful start to the healing process and self-discovery. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Central Florida, which equips me to support you on this journey. More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Had my 1st appt with with Bridgett, never have done therapy before, but after one hour I felt like I could see a light at the end of the tunnel, in the short time we spoke she helped me understand some things and started me off with some tools to practice until our next session.
