I help clients explore and challenge the negative thoughts they have about themselves. I didn’t know what kind of therapist I needed until I met Bridgette. She has helped me see myself better, break down my self talk to allow progressive thought, and pulled me out of dark times. She’s inviting, kind and inquisitive in the best ways. I am really grateful for her services. I hadn’t been able to believe myself for a long time and she helped me to finally speak up.
