Therapy should feel safe, supportive, and reliable. I had a disappointing experience with their therapist. They were late to our very first appointment, which set a concerning tone. Following that, they were consistently unavailable and difficult to schedule with, making it hard to establish any meaningful progress. Reliability is crucial in a therapeutic relationship, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. An appointment would be set and then later rescheduled.
