I specialize in working with teens and adults experiencing mood disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Drawing from EMDR, CBT, and DBT, I take an integrative approach to help clients build coping tools, process difficult experiences, and develop emotional resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, and easy to talk to. I bring authenticity, compassion, and a touch of humor to the therapy process. Outside of my work, I’m an animal and plant lover who finds connection in caring for living things—something I believe is central to healing and growth.
