Getting to know Brigitte Oetter

I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2011. I enjoy researching new ideas; which allows me to have a plethora of knowledge and ideas for my clients. I focus on helping others establish goals and learn new skills. I use CBT; Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. I have also began to look into Internal Family Systems (IFS) as well. In the past; I have worked with numerous issues such as trauma; abuse; depression; anger and anxiety with teens and adults. I am client centered and would love the opportunity to work with you.
