Psychotherapist

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you're already carrying stress, anxiety, self-doubt, or major life changes. My goal is to provide a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, challenges related to self-esteem and identity, and other situations that require a space to simply exist or be heard. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your existing strengths, and identify meaningful steps toward the changes you want to make. My approach is warm and nonjudgmental. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to better understand your experiences, clarify your values, and create lasting change. Whether you're seeking support through a difficult season or looking to better understand yourself, I'm here to help you take the next step.

What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a therapeutic relationship that feels collaborative, supportive, and genuine. I want therapy to be a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are, without fear of judgment. I don't believe I have all the answers about your life. Instead, I see my role as helping you better understand yourself to be able to start identifying patterns that may no longer be serving you. We'll work together to create goals that fit your needs, values, and vision for your life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When we first begin working together, I focus on understanding who you are, what has brought you to therapy, and what you would like to be different in your life. From there, our sessions are guided by your needs and goals. I believe therapy should have direction, so I regularly return to what you're hoping to gain from our work together and keep the end goals of therapy in mind. This helps ensure our time together remains intentional, relevant, and focused on supporting your growth. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a partnership, and I regularly check in with clients to ensure our work continues to align with their goals and priorities.
