Psychotherapist
1864 Woodmoor Dr, Ste 214, Monument, CO
I am passionate about providing the latest evidence-based and trauma-informed interventions, education, skills, and empowerment through learning to truly value yourself and teaching others to do the same. It is easy to become stuck wrestling with relational difficulties or abuse. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing emotional and/or narcissistic dysfunction and abuse, addiction (or living with someone who is addicted), and those surviving interpersonal and intimate-partner violence. I utilize evidence-based treatments, including EMDR, attachment-focused interventions, Acudetox, and nervous system regulation principles to aid healing the whole person. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, which has equipped me with a strong foundation in therapeutic approaches and client-centered care. As someone who identifies with survivorship, I feel a deep respect and responsibility to the connections I create with each client. It is important to me that you have a safe space to be yourself and process what’s important to you, knowing that where you are and whatever you feel will be honored and compassionately held. I believe a space co-created with curiosity and a firm belief in your value and power will be healing and allow for authentic self-exploration and problem solving. If you’re ready to understand yourself and those around you better, make changes in your relationships that improve your quality of life, and reclaim power you thought lost, reach out to me today and we will help you find the safety and potential you have been longing for. I have experience treating individuals with co-occurring disorders and mental health difficulties in inpatient and outpatient settings from a trauma-informed, attachment-based perspective. My goal is to provide comprehensive, compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs.
