Are you yearning for acceptance and validation as you embrace your authentic self? Have distressing thoughts or traumatic experiences made coping feel overwhelming or left you stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? You don’t have to navigate this alone. I view therapy as a sanctuary—one rooted in safety, compassion, and meaningful exploration. Together, we will gently examine and reshape the thoughts, behaviors, and relational patterns that may be contributing to your pain. My goal is to help you gain clarity around your past experiences, reconnect with your values and future aspirations, and move toward a life that feels grounded, empowered, and aligned. This is a safe space for healing, growth, and restoration. I earned my Master of Arts in Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke in December 2021. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with five years of clinical experience and currently work in a group private practice. I am a Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), specializing in supporting individuals impacted by partner betrayal due to infidelity and sex or pornography addiction. I am also fully trained in EMDR and frequently utilize this evidence-based approach with clients experiencing PTSD and trauma-related symptoms. My clinical background includes work in mental health and addiction treatment settings, where I supported individuals from diverse backgrounds facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, and addictive behaviors. My primary areas of focus include women’s issues, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, work–life stress, identity development, depression, self-esteem, and relational concerns.
