Getting to know Brittany Fierro

Welcome! Finding a new therapist can feel daunting. I specialize in working with clients experiencing change and transition in their lives. I enjoy working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties. I have worked with many clients in the areas of healthy relationships, communication skills, self-esteem and body image, anxiety, depression, and career counseling. I am also an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling and a Bachelor's degree from Eastern University. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based. My goal is to collaborate with you and help you make changes that are beneficial for you. What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, we will spend time learning more about your background, and what issues or concerns are bringing you to therapy. We will discuss possible solutions and strategies to utilize in our work together. I also invite open feedback from clients to ensure sessions are helpful for you. I generally utilize a solution-focused approach.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
