Brittany Gordon is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey. Receiving Bachelor's degrees in Education and Psychology from Georgian Court University with original goals of becoming a middle school science teacher moving on to becoming a guidance counselor. Shortly after receiving her Bachelors Brittany decided to discontinue her pursuit with teaching going right to becoming a counselor. Brittany returned to Georgian Court University where she received her Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With 10 years of experience as a counselor Brittany has provided therapeutic services for a variety of different diagnoses, ages and locations throughout the state. While Brittany continues to support clients in all walks of life she focuses her continued education in areas geared towards adolescent and women's mental health. Brittany uses a combination of techniques focusing on each individual client and their needs at the time. Brittany encourages positive thought and perspective switches, mindfulness and gratitude practice, and the importance of self-care in a variety of forms. Most importantly, she can't wait to work with you!
