*This provider does not accept any Medicaid or Medicare plans* I work exclusively with children, teens, and young adults through age 30 who are navigating anxiety, depression, academic stress, self-esteem challenges, grief, loss, and the many transitions that come with growing up. My practice is intentionally focused on this stage of life because I believe young people deserve a therapist who understands the unique pressures, questions, and experiences they are facing. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’re not sure what to expect. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself—without judgment, pressure, or the expectation that you have to have everything figured out. We’ll build a genuine connection and work together at a pace that feels right for you. I especially enjoy working with children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with academic pressure, anxiety, depression, panic, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by the expectations around them. Whether you’re having a hard time keeping up at school, feeling anxious about the future, struggling to understand your emotions, or simply feeling like things have become too much, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Therapy is a place to slow down, feel heard, and make sense of what you’re experiencing. Together, we’ll identify what’s getting in your way, develop practical tools to manage difficult emotions, and build confidence in your ability to handle life’s challenges. My hope is that you leave therapy not only feeling better, but also feeling more understood, capable, and connected to yourself. One of Brittany’s patients shared: “Brittany has helped me so much with getting back in control with myself. I was having panic attacks every day, and since working with her I have 3-4 a month and have learned ways to ground myself. She’s the best therapist I’ve ever had.”

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Let's be honest—therapy can be hard. It's vulnerable and intrusive. You don't know me, yet I'm asking about your deepest, darkest secrets. I get how bizarre that sounds. But rest assured, I'm here to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for you to speak freely and openly. My goal is to validate your feelings and empower you to discover your personal strengths. Therapy is a journey we take together, with empathy and understanding, to help you navigate life's challenges and achieve your full potential. Let's embark on this journey together, turning vulnerability into strength and discovering the resilience within you. You deserve to be heard, supported, and understood. Your well-being is my priority, and together, we'll work towards a healthier, happier you.
