What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, communication issues, as well as family of origin trauma. I believe in meeting people where they are. I work to create a space for honesty, empathy, and grace while giving you the push you need and teaching you how to sit in and deal with those uncomfortable feelings.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I often use Experiential Therapy and Internal Family Systems aka Parts Work. We'll explore what brought you to therapy and then decide what's best to help you progress. With Experiential Therapy and Parts Work, we'll look at how trauma and conflicting parts of yourself make it difficult to feel emotions. During treatment, we'll work together to make feeling and thinking safer inside your system.
