What should a new client know about working with you?

My sessions are safe, supportive, and judgment-free — always. I believe that feeling heard and validated is foundational to any real progress, so that's where we start. My style is warm and collaborative, and I'm known to bring a bit of lightness into the room when it fits. I pull from several evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, MBCT, IPT, Motivational Interviewing, but I tailor everything to you. Your experience is unique, and your care should be too.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session is about you sharing what's brought you here and me listening — really listening. There's no rush and no script. From there, we'll identify what you want to feel differently and start building a plan using whichever therapeutic approaches are the best fit. I also love connecting clients to the full range of support available at Stella Mental Health, including TMS, Spravato, ketamine infusion therapy, DSR SGB, and medication management, when it could strengthen their overall care.

Your responses will help your provider prepare for your upcoming appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form 24 business hours before their appointment. You will receive a phone call from one of our dedicated Care Advocates, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292). During your intake appointment, you’ll spend 60 minutes with your provider collaborating on a treatment plan tailored to your needs. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine therapy—our care team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
