What should a new client know about working with you?

One area I’m especially passionate about is helping clients explore trauma, identity, and relationship patterns through creativity and storytelling. For some clients, character development and storytelling can make it feel easier to process difficult experiences in a way that feels less overwhelming and more accessible. This creative process often helps clients gain deeper self-awareness, self-compassion, and insight.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I value authenticity, warmth, and trust in the therapy relationship, and I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore, reflect, and grow at their own pace. I connect especially well with clients who are navigating trauma or neurodivergence, and with those who appreciate thoughtful, reflective conversations as part of their healing process.
