What should a new client know about working with you?

My goal in therapy is to create a safe space for my clients to work through acute and chronic stressors and provide unconditional support along the way. I use several evidence-based practices with a focus in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Beginning the counseling process can be scary. It is important to spend time getting to know one another and building the therapeutic alliance right from the start. Your needs will be the priority in each session. I would love to be the one to support you on your healing journey.
