Getting to know Brittany Wilson

I understand that sometimes the decision to begin therapy isn't an easy one. Part of that decision is identifying a therapist who is right for you. My name is Brittany, and I am a licensed professional counselor who has worked in various settings, gaining valuable experience with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Concordia University Chicago. As a licensed therapist, I partner with individuals who have made the decision to confront limiting beliefs and grow beyond them. Throughout this partnership, I use interventions such as Person-Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, DBT, and CBT to explore areas including low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, and substance use. I believe that everyone's journey to healing is unique. In the therapeutic setting, my goal is to create a safe space where clients feel empowered and supported throughout their healing process. I look forward to partnering with you and guiding you through your journey of healing and growth.
