UpLift Behavioral Health providers do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by any federal or state agency or other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. UpLift Behavioral Health reserves the right to limit the types of medications that may be prescribed by its doctors and nurse practitioners. All prescriptions furnished by UpLift Behavioral Health care providers are issued in accordance with applicable federal and state law as well as UpLift Behavioral Health policy. I am well-versed in CBT, a goal-oriented and evidence-based therapeutic approach. CBT focuses on identifying and restructuring negative thought patterns and behaviors that contribute to anxiety and depression. Together, we will work on developing healthier coping mechanisms and creating positive changes. I also use Solution-Focused Therapy for those seeking a forward-focused and strengths-based approach, building upon existing strengths and empowering you to envision and work towards a future that aligns with your goals. You can expect a warm and empathetic environment, practical tools and strategies tailored to your needs, and a focus on your strengths and resilience to overcome challenges. I hold a Master's in Counseling from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of North Texas.

My therapy sessions with Britteny have been wonderful. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, energetic, and quite aware of my circumstance and its difficulties. My messages are always promptly answered, and I always feel much better following our sessions. I highly recommend her.
Britteny was amazing! She sincerely cares and is ready to assist in any way. She doesn't realize how much the conversations we have in our sessions mean to me. Even though it will be a long road to recovery, I am optimistic that I will succeed, especially with her support.
