What should a new client know about working with you?

I enjoy working with young adults and adults who are navigating life transitions, relationships, identity, career or school changes, stress, or simply feeling unsure about what comes next. You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or wanting to better understand why certain patterns keep showing up. I want to provide you with a supportive space to slow down, explore what may be underneath those experiences, and help you move forward with greater self-understanding, confidence, and direction.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative, with a psychodynamic focus. I believe our past experiences and relationships can shape how we understand ourselves and navigate life today. My background in career counseling also allows me to help clients explore their values, identity, goals, and major life transitions. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially when you aren't quite sure what you need or where to begin. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. I want therapy to be a space where you feel safe being yourself and heard without judgment. We can start where you are and figure out the next steps together.
