What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in treating complex trauma, anxiety & stress; I have extensive skills to help those having experienced trauma, anxiety, stress, men’s/women’s issues, business & athletic performance, and behavioral struggles. We offer brainspotting, service dog support, walk & talk, and a mind body studio, and TCTSY for a multifaceted approach to mental health. I strive to encourage and actively support growth & individual choices so that men, women & children can live full, rich lives within their community. I believe services should be individualized & flexible, giving each person opportunity to succeed. It is my honor to assist you in exploring lifes experiences, while growing toward a healthy, fulfilling life.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

We will start with an initial intake session to gather history and identify your unique needs. This also will allow us to ensure that you feel it is an appropriate fit and feel comfortable moving forward. It is important to me to ensure that you feel it is a good fit, and feel comfortable; in the event you feel like it is not, I am happy to support you in finding an alternative provider who you may feel more comfortable with.
